Actually this is more of duplicate of ticket #162 (even if it should be
easier to solve).
The AVRn codecs seem to store the overscan area along with it the proper
image data, so if you look at it in e.g. GIMP you will see that the video
actually is 720x592 and not like the headers claim 720x576.
