So none of the options seem to be part of the problem:
{{{ffmpeg_g -loglevel 99 -i /dev/dvb/adapter0/dvr0 -an -f flv a.flv}}}
stops after a few seconds, does it not?
What happens if you replace {{{flv}}} by {{{mkv}}} at both places?
