I have been messing around with this more and found the rtmp will work if
the bitrate is 1500k or less. When I run ffmpeg with -report it shows
{{{
HandleServerBW: server BW = 2500000
HandleClientBW: client BW = 2500000 2
}}}
in the handshake with the justin.tv server. Is either ffmpeg or librtmp
artificially capping the bandwidth? When I move the bitrate up to 2000k
the fps starts dropping and all ram is slowly taken up.
