The sample file and the outputs are too large to upload to trac.
http://jwjwjw.com/ffmpeg/bbc1sample.mp4 is the sample media used for the
encoding.
http://jwjwjw.com/ffmpeg/bbc1-ok.mov is an example output from the old
working version of ffmpeg.
http://jwjwjw.com/ffmpeg/bbc1-fail.mov is an example output from the new
version of ffmpeg.
