Kostya's prores encoder currently only supports PIX_FMT_YUV444P10 as
yuv444 format, meaning no alpha channel is written to the output file. See
ticket #1728 for a sample with actual alpha content.
There is currently no suitable pixel format in FFmpeg, see ticket #1749
for the enhancement request.
