Knowing where the problem is and getting in the optimal fix are a couple
different things. I was hoping for more input on mailing list but only
minimal response. I can kind of understand that since most do not use
multi-video and multi-threaded in combination.
If there is a consensus on locking the mentioned code statement then the
fix is very easy.
If there is not a consensus then we are back to square one wondering what
the best fix is.
