Update on the EDL format:
StartTimeStamp EndTimeStamp 0/1
The 0/1 in translated like:
0 - Cut the video between the start and end time stamp
1 - Keep the video between the start and end time stamp
The EDL file cannot contain a combination of 0's and 1's, rather it's
either all 0's or all 1's
