I agree, never said silently, throw a warning but don't fail the
conversion.
Why would you crop after scaling? cropping is done before scaling to
typically remove the black bars. Hence logically it the order shouldn't
matter since crop should always happen before scale. the concept of
cropping after scaling is baffling, why would you try to calculate post
scaling crop?
PArdon my lingo, it's filters and not parameters.
