Iiuc, you reported this ticket about an asf file, then you provided a
transport stream with (heavy) A/V desync. The desync for the ts file
should be fixed (in the future, please try hard not to report multiple
independent problems in one ticket, it makes following the tracker
impossible), the question concerning the asf file is: Are you only
reporting the possibly incorrectly shown framerate, or is there another
problem with the file (and you suspect it is framerate-related)? If there
is another problem, please provide a longer sample.
