Source file is H264 + DTS-Master Audio Track.
Attempting to output h264 + DTS Master Audio + ac3 fall back track.
Standard says that DTS Master, DTS, and TrueHD are supported by M4V,
however FFMPEG throws:
track 1: could not find tag, codec not currently supported in container
