Okay, I've found a sample of the file that showcases the error, but not as
severely as the entire file. I had to re-encode the video at a much lower
bitrate to decrease the file size, but the audio was just copied. Can I
upload it at http://upload.ffmpeg.org/upload/ and reference ticket #2210?
