I've already done a naive simple implementation, see pull request at
https://github.com/FFmpeg/FFmpeg/pulls .
Not sure if the switch parameter type should be INT, is there a BOOLEAN
option type to?
Could the switch be named 'fullscreen' only, or do device options clutter
some global option namespace?
