When trying to convert a certain .dpx file the output is getting skewed
and the colors get messed up.
How to reproduce:

ffmpeg -i input.dpx output.jpg
running on zeranoe build: ffmpeg-20130319-git-17c1881-win32-static

Image Magick converts fine on this one...
