Yes, it's kinda trivial.
In file ffmpeg.org/trac/ffmpeg/chrome/common/css/trac.css
at the end of the file, there could be appended 1 line:
{{{
#login_options ul { text-align: left; padding: 12px 0 0 0;}
}}}
which would make it to move to the left.
