Summary of the bug:
ffplay can't read a .wv file
How to reproduce:
download http://towerofbabel.free.fr/test/onemoretime-onemorechance.wv
launch "ffplay.exe onemoretime-onemorechance.wv", error
launch the same file with another player like foobar2000, works fine
