With the command
ffmpeg-opt -debug 1 -vn -f alsa -ac 2 -channel_layout stereo -i hw:0,0
/Store3/Test/x_`date +%m%d_%H%M`.???
with ??? = aac,ac3,eac3,flac,mp2,mp3,ogg,opus,ra,rm,wav,wma
All the recorded files have glitches and distortion.
