#2712: avi to mpegts with reencoding mp3 audio to ac3

I tried to resample otr Videofiles to avchd so that the video can be
played on my Sony TV.
Therefor the h.264 video in the avi container can be copied and the mp3
audio must be reencoded to ac3 audio. See logfile for details.
But on the TV I have bad audio and with windows mediaplayer or vlc the
video is not smooth.
