Do you mean this one: "Logitech HD Webcam C525 720P HD Auto Focus"?
It is officially declared as capable of 1280x720 resolution only, so most
probably the behaviour described in the ticket is "as designed".
Are you able to capture 1920x1080 by means of other software?
