I'm terribly sorry, I made a mistake with my earlier testing. I mentioned
earlier that it doesn't matter, if the subtitles are muxed in or not.
This is actually not true. I only have the problem when the subtitles are
muxed in via `-scodec copy`. I'm truly sorry, if I wasted your time.
Well, it is still a problem, just not the one I opened it for.
