Summary of the bug: Incorrect Implmentation of 8x8 Intra prediction Mode
for Lossless H264 Decoding - Profile 244
The filtering for 8x8 intra prediction is missing for the lossless profile
244 of H.264.
Can I submit a C only patch ?
