Closing tickets even though another *developer* disagrees doesn't seem to
be acceptable.
Generally, this behavior is not useful for the ffmpeg project, and will
just scare people away from reporting actual bugs. This includes closing
tickets just because someone didn't paste full uncut console output blabla
whatever.
In fact, this behavior is not only not useful, it's actively harmful.
So can we please be a bit more... cordial about this stuff?
