Many video players (MPC-HC/BE, VLC) can not play H.264 video files remuxed
by ffmpeg from avi to mkv or mp4 without lots of droppe frames
(B-frames?).
Is this ffmpeg's problem? Or MPC-HC/BE, VLC?
