This is the weird thing ffprobe displays the subtitles:

Also my dlna server sees them and toggle transcoding (but is not powerful
enough) since my chromecast does not support them.
Your command works thanks, although it removes chapters it also removed
that resilient subtitle.
I finally decided to switch back to the 2.0.0 branch and compile ffmpeg by
hand and it resolved the issue for me. So there is definetly a regression
somewhere.
