But you do understand that libx264 and libx265 are two independent
libraries and both are developed completely independent of FFmpeg? There
is no reason to expect that they show the same behaviour, not even with
the same options.
If {{{-vcodec libx265}}} behaves differently for different threads-values,
then I don't see what could be fixed in FFmpeg.
