The only usage of ff_avg_pixels8_x2_3dnow in libavcodec/x86/hpeldsp_init.c
is in line 265 and is protected by {{{#if HAVE_AMD3DNOW_EXTERNAL}}}. Or
does the compiler really output a symbol just for the declaration of the
function in line 79?
