You claimed that the problem is also reproducible with {{{-map 0:0}}}, if
this is not correct please say so. If it is correct, please provide a
command line that shows this issue (with one output file, no matter the
input).
Please do not add another sample line with Bluray input to describe your
original problem without using {{{-map 0:0}}}.
(If there is an issue, it is well known and not Bluray-related.)
