The biggest upshot of this would be allowing the `subtitles` filter to a
stream from an input file in ffmpeg, but I'm sure people would come up
with various subtitle filters of various levels of utility, such as
"change dialogue font to LTFinnegan" or "remove blur" or "read subtitles
using TTS and produce an audio stream".
