…As it turns out, Safari also complains about an indistinguishable error
if you try to use HLS from a local file, and I failed to check for that. I
was, at some point, missing a {{{-pix_fmt}}}; no ffmpeg bug here, just an
rcombs one. Closing, sorry about that.
