#3963: Should sws_getCachedContext have parameters for srcRange and dstRange?

The YUVJ pixel formats are a big hack (and unfortunately still output by
the decoders), but I think these formats should automatically switch
libswscale to jpeg range.
In the swscale.h header I see: 1=jpeg / 0=mpeg
