Currently the noise filter seems to only support 8 bit pixel formats. This
enhancement request is for making it support 10-16 bit formats to make it
usable in workflows with intermediate codecs like prores.
Bounty that can be claimed for an invoice when LGPL code is committed to
git master: 200 Euro
Example command line can be found in ticket 4017.
