Comment:
I believe it is quite misleading that {{{HAVE_INLINE_ASM}}} has no
connection to {{{--disable-asm}}} but the asm code that was not protected
by {{{ARCH_X86}}} in dirac_arith.h was fixed in ea5423a0.
