Okay, I guess the fastest way to do this is to call vf_scale manually for
now.
It's really strange that libswscale doesn't have any kind of support for
interlaced 420 chroma. It's a very usual pixel format : DV/DVCPro, MPEG2,
MPEG4, found in interlaced DVDs, BluRay, TV broadcasts, etc.
