Do you believe this is a regression?
Is the issue only reproducible with hls output or also with file output?
Is the issue only reproducible with the tee muxer or also without?
Is audio required to reproduce the issue or is it also reproducible with
{{{-an}}}?
Is using an external library like {{{libx264}}} required to reproduce the
issue or is it reproducible with a native (internal) encoder?
And most important: Is the issue reproducible with file input?
