They statically compile FFmpeg+x264 in Native-Client, and uses non-free
modules.
Emails have been sent and never responded to. They continue to supply
updates, and even admit to being aware about GPL in their "Configure" menu
in the "More" section. They simply refuse to honor it by supplying \any\
source code.
