Seems to be related to TNS. Are the artifacts still audiable with -aac_tns
0?
I'll try to increase the thresholds if the artifacts dissapear or are
reduced with TNS.
As for the lengths being different, the difference is exactly one frame
(1024 samples at 44.1 Khz samplerate). This is normal for lossy audio
codecs because of overlapping.
