Elmedia Player contains `ffmpeg` binary. Configure includes license
options `--enable-gpl` and `--enable-version3`.

No source code available. No copy of license.
I became aware of Eltima today after receiving a message from
[email protected] about a "profit-share scheme" where they
suggested we send users to their site to buy their garbage.
