Hmm, maybe you can help me out and show me where I've gone astray - as
stated I've used the compiled windows binaries from here:
https://github.com/mnasyrov/codec24net. It states on that page that
"Codec24Net is a port of Codec2 codec to .NET framework. Codec2 is an open
source low bit rate speech codec, that's developed by David Rowe."
David Rowe is the creator of Codec2 and is linked from the original page
here: http://codec2.org/
So what am I missing?
