Comment:
Codec delay field persist on remuxing now but it's not equal to the
original value:

$ mkvinfo 1.webm | grep delay
| + Codec delay: 6.500ms (6500000ns)
$ ffmpeg -i 1.webm -c copy 2.webm
$ mkvinfo 2.webm | grep delay
| + Codec delay: 7.000ms (7000000ns)

Thus Firefox still doesn't want to play it because codec delay doesn't
match preskip value (at stated in bugzilla ticket).
