 Thanks for your quick reply.

 We use fragmented MP4s for MSE playback on browsers that support it.
 Seems like Safari on OSX does not like this timecode stream, it breaks MSE
 playback.

 It might make sense to maintain the timecode data by default when muxing
 to MP4 (I'm not sure),
 but I believe it's a bug that you cannot get rid of it.
