I found one more problem with this.
If ffmpeg restarts, now the #EXT-X-DISCONTINUITY tag is added to the end
of the playlist.
But if ffmpeg restarts again, then it adds #EXT-X-DISCONTINUITY to the
end, but the previously added #EXT-X-DISCONTINUITY tag is removed.
