I can confirm this issue with git N-83006-g4c63910 and other recorded
sources
I have raised the priority of this to 'normal' as a problem like this is
blocking for x265 use with any TV recordings which regularly change aspect
ratio mid-way through (e.g. commercials, trailers etc.
