With a full color/alpha palette and without the need to use -canvas_size
option, PGS should be a good alternative to the already existing DVBSUB
picture encoder.
Since converting it to DVDSUB is blurred, ugly by now,
[PGS=http://blog.thescorpius.com/index.php/2017/07/15/presentation-
graphic-stream-sup-files-bluray-subtitle-format/] could be an alternative
in case #6835 could not be solved.
