Sounds like you're using decoders which can't properly decode PCE
elements.
Post full encoding log. Try to convert them to basic aac layouts using
something like -channel_layout 5.1 or using the aresample filter. Closing
bug since we can't fix broken encoders from lazy vendors. Could reopen if
it turns out to be an encoder bug after all.
