on month after I recompiled the today last git (January 25th)
and the issue persists, something changed on ffmpeg source after the
version 3.4.x
since this version is working as expected.
I'm sorry to not have time to make the tests you asked (my free time is
very short, work, family, kids etc...) So the only offer I can do is you
can have access to my server and so make your own tests.
