Confirmed still broken in the latest git HEAD.
Also confirmed that the patch https://ffmpeg.org/pipermail/ffmpeg-
devel/2015-August/177845.html fixes the issue for me when applied to the
commit it was as generated for, although I had to increase the hardcoded
QUEUE_SIZE from 4 to 400.
However the two-year-old patch does not apply cleanly to HEAD.
