Hi Cehoyos,
I am experiencing the same issue on a normal Ubuntu 18 install when
capturing from an ALSA capture device. I have multiple MIC inputs and for
each FFMPEG process it consumes 100% CPU using the latest FFMpeg 4 build.
where as arecord consumes less than 5% per process.
Could I request if it would be possible to add a small bounty towards
finding a solution to this bug? If so please advise which platform.
