You need both `-hwaccel nvdec` and `-hwaccel_output_format cuda` to get a
full transcoding pipeline. This is normal hwaccel behaviour. The fact that
`cuvid` defaults the hardware output format is the exception, and not the
rule.
After that, you should see equivalent performance.
