Duplicate of ticket #7271, not reproducible with FFmpeg 4.1.4.
The general requirement if you find an issue with FFmpeg is to test
current FFmpeg git head. If you don't want to download current FFmpeg git
head, you cannot report an issue here (you can of course report it to your
distribution or to whoever gave you the binary you want to use).
