Strange nsv->vheight != vwidth
./libavformat/rtpdec_jpeg.c 316 warn V507 Pointer to local
array 'new_qtables' is stored outside the scope of this array. Such a
pointer will become invalid.
./libavformat/rtpdec_mpa_robust.c 76 warn V763 Parameter
'len' is always rewritten in function body before being used.
