No. Actually, there was never a problem of missing samples that exhibit
this; the problem was with how these samples were created in the first
place.
(mkvmerge has btw received bugfixes wrt opus; see
[https://gitlab.com/mbunkus/mkvtoolnix/-/issues/2280 issue 2280].)
